SPOON RIVER VALLEY FOP LODGE 427
The SPOON RIVER VALLEY FOP 427 recognizes and honors individuals who have made significant contributions to law enforcement, the SRV FOP 427, and the area we cover. Recipients are selected by an awards committee comprised of members who review peer nominations across 7 categories.
Award Categories
Granted to a member who has gone above and beyond to demonstrate the true meaning of fraternalism. Voted on a month prior to the last meeting of the year and presented at the Annual Christmas Dinner.
Granted to a member or eligible officer for an act of outstanding bravery or heroism in which the officer demonstrated selflessness, personal courage, and devotion to duty.
Granted to a member or eligible officer for outstanding efforts in performing actions or applying techniques that result in saving or sustaining a human life.
Granted for outstanding police work which brought great credit to the profession in a case of unusual public interest or for an outstanding accomplishment.
Granted to a non-law enforcement officer, organization, or citizen who has shown great generosity and support to the SRV FOP 427 or the citizens of Illinois.
Granted to a member, spouse, significant other, or child who has gone above and beyond to demonstrate true support of our members and the Lodge.
Presented to an individual who has demonstrated true commitment and service to the SPOON RIVER VALLEY FOP 427 membership.
